Spicy Chicken Fry A tangy and spicy chicken fry from Karnataka 500 gm Chicken1 nos Onion (chopped, big)7 nos Green chillies3 tbsp Green coriander6 leaves Mint leaves (Pudhina)1 no Lime1" piece Ginger1 tsp Fennel seeds (Perinjeerakam)2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Marinate chicken with salt and lime juice for half hour.Grind green chillies, coriander and fennel seeds into a paste.Heat oil in a pan.Saute onions unitll translucent.Add chicken and the masala and cook until the chicken is done.:- If you want it fast and instant, lime juice could be added at the end.
