Instructions
Roast the green chillies.
Grind it with grated coconut, mustard seeds and salt to a paste like chutney.
Add the lemon juice squeezed out of lemon to that.
Heat a little oil in another pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add turmeric powder and curry leaves.
Switch off the burner and add the seasoning to the chutney.
:-Nimbe Gojju or Lemon chutney is ready to be served with hot rice and chapatis and dosa.
