Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Bengal gram Kadalaparippu
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 6 - Green chillies chopped
  • 1 finger Ginger chopped
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chana dal over night or for 4 - 5 hours.
  • Grind them coarsely with onions.
  • :- Do not add water while grinding.
  • Mix it well with all the other ingredients.
  • Make lemon size balls off it.
  • Flatten them with your palms.
  • Deep fry them till light brown in colour.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
