Dip the bread slices in water, squeeze and mash them.
Make balls, squeeze it like noodles on a idli /idiappam plate, using muruku machine, with holes slightly bigger than idiappam.
Steam, as u steam idiappams for 5 - 7 mins.
Allow noodles to cool.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add chilly paste and fry until raw smell goes off.
Add onions, capsicum, cabbage, carrot one after the other.
Add aji.no.motto (chinese salt).
Fry vegetables on a high flame for a few mins.
Add salt to taste.
Add the bread noodles to the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
Remove from fire.
:- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
:- Use salt bread only. Sweet bread does not give a good taste.
:- Use garlic if desired, when u fry green chilly paste. Red chilly paste may be used instead of green chilly paste.
:- If u like to make the receipe richer, add paneer or cheese as desired.
:- Use soya sauce if u like chinese style.
