Boil the eggs and cut into two pieces.
Soak poppy seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds in hot water for 30 mins - 1 hr.
Grind the above mixture with coconut to make it a paste.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add onions and when it turns brown, add the chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Add the paste.
Add the powders and saute well.
Add sufficient water and salt.
When the oil separates, add the boiled eggs and chopped coriander leaves.
Switch off the stove.
