Spicy Chicken Saute

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • ½ tsp Coriander seeds crushed
  • ½ tsp Onion seeds Khalonji
  • ½ tsp Fennel seeds Perinjeerakam
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 16 nos Curry leaves
  • 2 nos Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Mild chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Thick tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry seeds.
  • Add leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, chilly and turmeric powder.
  • Stir in puree.
  • Moisten with a little water.
  • Stir and fry chicken for 3 mins.
  • Lower the heat and continue cooking until tender.
  • Add the chillies and coriander and finish with lemon juice.
