Lemon juice
Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Fry seeds.
Add leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, chilly and turmeric powder.
Stir in puree.
Moisten with a little water.
Stir and fry chicken for 3 mins.
Lower the heat and continue cooking until tender.
Add the chillies and coriander and finish with lemon juice.
