Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Paalak cleaned, washed and pressure cooked
  • 200 gm Paneer diced and fried in oil until golden in color
  • 2 nos Onions finely chopped, small
  • 1 no Ripe tomato diced
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind together cooked paalak, garlic pods, ginger piece and green chillies with very little water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add the cumin seeds and after a few seconds, add the chopped onion.
  • Once they turn transparent, add the diced tomatoes.
  • Once the tomatoes turn pulpy, add the ground paste, fried paneer, salt to taste and sugar.
  • Once the paneer becomes soft and you get nice aroma, switch off the stove.
  • :- Serve with chappathis.
