cleaned, washed and pressure cooked

Paneer
diced and fried in oil until golden in color

Onions
finely chopped, small

Ripe tomato

Garlic pods

Ginger

Cumin seeds

Instructions
Grind together cooked paalak, garlic pods, ginger piece and green chillies with very little water.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the cumin seeds and after a few seconds, add the chopped onion.
Once they turn transparent, add the diced tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes turn pulpy, add the ground paste, fried paneer, salt to taste and sugar.
Once the paneer becomes soft and you get nice aroma, switch off the stove.
:- Serve with chappathis.
