Paalak Paneer Restaurant Style side dish for roti and puri - Paalak Paneer Restaurant Style 1 bunch Paalak (cleaned, washed and pressure cooked)200 gm Paneer (diced and fried in oil until golden in color)2 nos Onions (finely chopped, small)1 no Ripe tomato (diced)4 nos Garlic pods½ inch Ginger2 nos Green chillies1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)Salt (As reqd)1/4 tsp SugarOil Grind together cooked paalak, garlic pods, ginger piece and green chillies with very little water.Heat oil in a kadai.Add the cumin seeds and after a few seconds, add the chopped onion.Once they turn transparent, add the diced tomatoes.Once the tomatoes turn pulpy, add the ground paste, fried paneer, salt to taste and sugar.Once the paneer becomes soft and you get nice aroma, switch off the stove.:- Serve with chappathis.
