Instructions
- Keep stirring on low flame till the milk reduces in half and rice is cooked.
- Keep stirring for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the kheer from fire and after 5 minutes add the saved milk to the kheer. :- this will make sure the kheer stays in the same consistency even when cold.
