Cook beef with little salt and pepper powder, until beef becomes tender.
Shred the cooked beef with a fork. Or you can shred in a food processor but do not grind to a paste.
Cook potatoes with little salt and mash them well too.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Saute onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies together in the given order.
Add coriander powder, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
Saute well.
Add garam masala powder, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix well.
Finally, add mashed beef and potatoes into this and mix well.
Beat eggs with little salt in a bowl.
Make small thin oval shaped cutlets with beef potato mix.
Dip the cutlet in the beaten egg. Coat them with a thin layer of bread crumbs and shallow fry.
