skinned and deveined, medium sized

Green chillies

Ginger

Garlic pods
Curry leaves

Turmeric powder

Chilly powder

As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean prawns thoroughly.
Mix with all the other ingredients and grind coarsely on grinding stone or mixie (preferably grinding stone to get the proper consistency).
Make small balls off this mixture.
Flatten it a little like vadai and deep fry in oil.
When cooked, take out from oil when it is golden brown in color and slightly crisp.
:- This is a good side dish with rice or as an evening snacks.
