Coriander leaves

Instructions
Soak the channa(kadala) overnight.
Add required water and salt and boil it in a pressure cooker.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Saute all the ingredients other than tomato, coriander leaves and channa.
Add tomatoes and saute it for a while.
When done, add the boiled channa and bring it to boil for a minute.
When its done too, add the finely chopped coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
