1) Mix the all purpose flour, corn flour, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp of chilly powder and salt and make it into a paste.
Soak cashew nuts in milk for about 30 mins and grind it into a fine paste. Save the Milk.
Add the cut cauliflower into the paste and mix thoroughly. Keep this aside for about 45 minutes.
Deep fry the cauliflower in a skillet.
Heat a skillet and add 1 tbsp of butter.
Saute onions, rest of ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
When it turns light brown, add tomato puree followed by fried cauliflower.
Add the ground cashew nuts and milk. Mix all together.
Add salt and cook until the gravy thickens.
Add the rest of butter and remove from fire.
:- Serve with Fried rice or Chappathi.
