Boil the tapioca until it becomes tender.
Mash the tender tapiocas and keep aside.
Heat a little oil in a skillet.
Splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the onions and green chillies and saute until onion becomes tender.
Add turmeric powder and cook for a while.
Add the mashed tapioca and salt into the skillet and mix them altogether.
Remove from the flame and allow it to cool to a medium temperature.
Make cornflour batter by mixing corn flour with 3 - 5 tbsp of water.
Roll the mix into desired shape(circular,cylindrical.diamond) and dip in the cornflour batter and then in bread crumbs to get a nice and thick coating.
After all the mix is done, keep the rolls in a refrigerator for about half an hour.
Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the rolls until golden brown.
