Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Mussel
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 5 tsp Grated coconut
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Red chilly powder As reqd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • If you get mussels with shells in your place, boil water and drop the shells in them.
  • Chuck the meat out of it with a spoon or knife after a few minutes.
  • :- You can chop the meat into bits.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add curry leaves and onion and saute.
  • Add all the powders and saute for a few more minutes.
  • Add mussel meat.
  • Add salt.
  • Fry for a few minutes and add coconut.
  • Keep frying on low heat until done.
