Ingredients

Mussel

Onion

Grated
coconut
2
tsp
Coriander powder
Red chilly powder
As reqd
1
tsp
Garam masala
powder
Salt
As reqd
Curry leaves
Oil
Instructions
If you get mussels with shells in your place, boil
water
and drop the shells in them.
Chuck the meat out of it with a spoon or knife after a few minutes.
:- You can chop the meat into bits.
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Add
curry leaves
and
onion
and saute.
Add all the powders and saute for a few more minutes.
Add mussel meat.
Add
salt
.
Fry for a few minutes and add
coconut
.
Keep frying on low heat until done.
