garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add curry leaves to it and saute.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for sometime until u the raw smell goes.
Add the mushrooms and fry on low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
Add the required salt and the powders in the 10th minute.
Take it from the flame and allow it set for 10 mins.
:- Serve with rotis or rice.
