Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mushroom medium pieces
  • 3 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add curry leaves to it and saute.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for sometime until u the raw smell goes.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry on low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
  • Add the required salt and the powders in the 10th minute.
  • Take it from the flame and allow it set for 10 mins.
  • :- Serve with rotis or rice.
