Marinated Shallot Chicken
Easy and tasty - just the marination has to be done properly

- ½ kg Chicken boneless
- 3 nos Spring Onion with the leaves
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp Chilly paste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 no Egg white
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Ajinomotto
- Oil for frying
- Red colour A pinch
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Combine it with all the ingredients and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and tender.
For the gravy:-
5)To a little of the oil, add the remaining marination and boil it.
Add tomato sauce and soya sauce to taste and pour into chicken.
