Marinated Shallot Chicken

Easy and tasty - just the marination has to be done properly

  • ½ kg Chicken boneless
  • 3 nos Spring Onion with the leaves
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly paste
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 no Egg white
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Ajinomotto
  • Oil for frying
  • Red colour A pinch


  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Combine it with all the ingredients and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and tender.
  • For the gravy:- 5)To a little of the oil, add the remaining marination and boil it.
  • Add tomato sauce and soya sauce to taste and pour into chicken.
