For preparing the delicious dish, finely chop the tender leaves of fresh pumpkin after cleaning them well with water.
Mix together the chopped leaves, grated coconut, green chillies, salt and chopped small onions.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Add the pumpkin leaves-coconut mixture and mix well.
Cover and cook on a low flame.
When done, remove the lid and mix well.
Continue to cook, till done.
:- You can also add garlic, if desired.
