Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower small
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Aniseeds Perinjerakam

Instructions
 

  • Cut the florets and wash it.
  • Cook the florets with little salt in a pan with water.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and aniseeds.
  • Add onion and fry well.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and continue frying until raw smell of ginger garlic disappears.
  • Add cooked florets, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Add few drops of water and mix thoroughly.
  • :- Serve as a side dish with Rice.
