Sadhya Avial

Ingredients
  

  • Elephant yam(Chena)
  • Raw banana(Pachhakkai)
  • Drumsticks(Muringakkai)
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • White pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Yellow pumpkin
  • 4 spoon Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 8 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/4 of Coconut
  • 4 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 2 spoon Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables into long pieces.
  • Boil all the vegetables with a little water along with turmeric powder and 4 green chillies.
  • When it starts to boil, add curd.
  • Allow it to boil again.
  • Grind togther grated coconut, tthe remaining green chillies and cumin seeds into a coarse form.
  • When it becomes thick, add the ground mixture and mix well.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Garnish with curry leaves on top.
  • Pour a little cocunut oil too.
