Mix together gram flour, asafoetida powder, chilly powder and salt along with water to make a not so thick batter.
Cut onion, capsicum and potato into thin round shapes and bajji mulaku and cauliflower into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
When it starts to boil, dip the vegetables in the batter and put it into the oil. (take each piece of vegetable and fry seperate seperate, i think, no need more explanations)
Fry well.
When done, take them out and place them on an absorbent paper.
