Spicy Veg Pakoda Hot n spicy pakodas 1 no Onion (medium)4 nos Bajji mulaku2 nos Capsicum1 no PotatoCauliflower (A small piece)2 cups Gram flour (Besan/Kadalamavu)2 cups Refined oil1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder (Kayam)1 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd) Mix together gram flour, asafoetida powder, chilly powder and salt along with water to make a not so thick batter.Cut onion, capsicum and potato into thin round shapes and bajji mulaku and cauliflower into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.When it starts to boil, dip the vegetables in the batter and put it into the oil. (take each piece of vegetable and fry seperate seperate, i think, no need more explanations)Fry well.When done, take them out and place them on an absorbent paper.:- Serve with tomato sauce.
