Ada Dosa - All Will Like This Tea time dosa 1 glass Raw rice1/4 glass Red gram (Thuvaraparippu)1/4 glass Black gram (Uzhunnu)5 - Red chillies (Kollamulaku)5 nos Green chillies10 nos Small onions (Kunjulli)Drumstick leaves (Few, Muringa ela)2 sprigs Curry leavesSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Put rice, dals and red chillies in water around 1 hr. After 1 hr, grind this.:- Do not grind too much.Cut green chilli, onions, drumstick leaves and curry leaves into small pieces and add this into the batter. Add salt and mix well.Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan or a kadai.Pour the dosa batter and cook both the sides, till it becomes golden brown color. :- It is a good snack as a whole and there is no need of any chutney too!!
