Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Saute the onions, pepper, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
Add the chopped paalak and salt to this and cook for sometime.
Grind this into a smooth paste.
Heat the ghee in a pan.
Saute the chopped garlic till golden brown.
Take out the garlic pieces and add the paalak mixture into the same ghee.
Bring this to boil on a low flame.
Boil the water and add to this mixture.
While boiling, add the egg pieces.
:- Serve hot with chappathi in a shallow dish with the garlic seasoning on top.
:- You can add more eggs/green chillies if you want.
:- Plz do not add more green pepper.
