Yummy paalak curry with eggs in it

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Saute the onions, pepper, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
  • Add the chopped paalak and salt to this and cook for sometime.
  • Grind this into a smooth paste.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan.
  • Saute the chopped garlic till golden brown.
  • Take out the garlic pieces and add the paalak mixture into the same ghee.
  • Bring this to boil on a low flame.
  • Boil the water and add to this mixture.
  • While boiling, add the egg pieces.
  • :- Serve hot with chappathi in a shallow dish with the garlic seasoning on top.
  • :- You can add more eggs/green chillies if you want. :- Plz do not add more green pepper.
