Egg-Paalak Yummy paalak curry with eggs in it 4 nos Boiled eggs (cut these into 1/2 )1 bunch Paalak1/2 cup Onion (chopped)1 tbsp Fresh green pepper1/4 tsp Turmeric powder3 nos Green chilliesSalt (As reqd)1/2 cup Water5 - Curry leaves1 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Ghee4 - Garlic pods (chopped) Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Saute the onions, pepper, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.Add the chopped paalak and salt to this and cook for sometime. Grind this into a smooth paste.Heat the ghee in a pan.Saute the chopped garlic till golden brown. Take out the garlic pieces and add the paalak mixture into the same ghee. Bring this to boil on a low flame.Boil the water and add to this mixture.While boiling, add the egg pieces. :- Serve hot with chappathi in a shallow dish with the garlic seasoning on top.:- You can add more eggs/green chillies if you want. :- Plz do not add more green pepper.
