- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. 
- Saute the onions, pepper, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves. 
- Add the chopped paalak and salt to this and cook for sometime. 
- Grind this into a smooth paste. 
- Heat the ghee in a pan. 
- Saute the chopped garlic till golden brown. 
- Take out the garlic pieces and add the paalak mixture into the same ghee. 
- Bring this to boil on a low flame. 
- Boil the water and add to this mixture. 
- While boiling, add the egg pieces. 
- :- Serve hot with chappathi in a shallow dish with the garlic seasoning on top. 
- :- You can add more eggs/green chillies if you want.
:- Plz do not add more green pepper.
