For pan cake:-

For topping:-


  • For making pan cakes:- 1)Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside for 1/2 hour. For the topping:- 1)Cook chicken with ginger, garlic, salt and green chillies.
  • Remove the bones and mince.
  • :- Do not mince it till smooth. Just run it once in a mixer grinder.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Saute onions, chilly powder and turmeric powder, pepper powder and tomato.
  • Add minced chicken to this and and stir for sometime.
  • Add coriander leaves to this and stir.
  • Turn off the stove.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and pour 1 big spoon full of batter.
  • Spread it. Do not make it thin.
  • Cover and cook on a low flame.
  • When it is cooked, transfer this onto a plate and put the chicken mix on top of it.
  • :- You can try this with any other meat too.
  • :- Pan cake can be made thin and spread chocolate spread/Jam/ grated coconut with sugar on the top and roll it. Children will like it.
