Instructions
Grind together red chillies, pepper, garlic and curry leaves into a paste.
Marinate the brinjal pieces with the above paste and vinegar for about 30 mins.
Heat oil in a frying pan (shallow frying).
Add the marinated brinjal pieces and fry.
Flip them to fry the other side too.
