Gram flour(Besan/Kadalapodi)
Salt
As reqd
For seasoning:-

Mustard seeds

tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

tsp
Black gram
Uzhunnu parippu

Turmeric powder
Curry leaves

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add all the ingredients for seasoning and let the mustard seeds splutter.
Add onions, green chillies and potato pieces into the seasoning.
Add salt and fry them till half way cooked.
Add 2 - 3 cups of water until the potatoes are cooked soft.
Mix together besan powder and reqd quantity of water to make it into a liquid form.
Add it into the pan and allow it to cook for 5 mins, until u get rid of the raw smell of the besan flour.
Remove from flame.
:- Serve with pooris.
