Ingredients
- Potato(peeled and cut into pieces) - 2 nos
- Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
- Green chillies - 3 -
- Gram flour(Besan/Kadalapodi) 1 tbsp -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For seasoning:-
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 1 tsp
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add all the ingredients for seasoning and let the mustard seeds splutter.
- Add onions, green chillies and potato pieces into the seasoning.
- Add salt and fry them till half way cooked.
- Add 2 - 3 cups of water until the potatoes are cooked soft.
- Mix together besan powder and reqd quantity of water to make it into a liquid form.
- Add it into the pan and allow it to cook for 5 mins, until u get rid of the raw smell of the besan flour.
- Remove from flame.
- :- Serve with pooris.
