Oil for frying paneer

Instructions
Wash and boil spinach leaves in minimum water for about 8 mins.
Grind the boiled spinach into a coarse form.
Cut the paneer into cubes and deep fry till golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and saute.
When they change the color, add the ginger-garlic paste and chilly powder and fry for 1 min.
Add tomato puree and cook, till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Add the garam masala powder and spinach. Mix well.
Add milk and let it cook till it is of a thick consistency.
Add salt.
Add the paneer cubes just before serving.
