North Indian Easy Paalak Paneer A delicious curry with Paalak(Spinach) and Paneer cubes 200 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)2 bunches Spinach1 no Onion (chopped)Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp)2 nos Tomato (make them into a puree)1/2 cup Milk1/2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Garam masala powder2 tbsp OilOil for frying paneerSalt (As reqd) Wash and boil spinach leaves in minimum water for about 8 mins.Grind the boiled spinach into a coarse form.Cut the paneer into cubes and deep fry till golden brown.Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and saute.When they change the color, add the ginger-garlic paste and chilly powder and fry for 1 min.Add tomato puree and cook, till oil leaves the sides of the pan.Add the garam masala powder and spinach. Mix well.Add milk and let it cook till it is of a thick consistency.Add salt. Add the paneer cubes just before serving. North Indian
