Fresh coriander leaves(chopped)
Instructions
Wash the rice and soak in cold water for 20 mins.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Slightly fry the rice.
Add the water and enough salt.
Cook till the rice is done. Keep aside.
Heat a kadai and add ghee.
Saute the onions.
When it starts to become pale, add tomato.
Add the corn, salt and pepper. Saute well.
Add capsicum and saute for 30 seconds and turn off the heat.
Add it to the rice and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
