Kulfi Easy
No fail, recipe with all the flavor of traditional Kulfi

- 2 nos Bread slices crust removed
- 12 - Pistachios Pista
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2 strands Saffron
- 1 pint Whipping cream
Blend bread along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or mixie, until smooth.
Pour into any freezable container and freeze, until set (approximately 3 hours).
:- You can substitute pistachios for cashew, almonds or even use mango pulp for mango kulfi. This kulfi has been a huge success at potluck dinners!!!!
