Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry, till the raw smell goes off.
:- Do not allow it turn golden.
Add cauliflower, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and tomato.
Cook for a few mins.
Add the potatoes and green peas followed by 1 cup of water.
Cover and cook for a few mins.
After opening the lid, add lemon juice.
Smash the contents with a smasher or a spoon.
Add water, if needed.
Add milk malai, sugar and mix well.
Add butter and cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with finely chopped pudina leaves and onion rings.
For Pav:-
1)Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan.
Fry both the sides of pav, till it turns light brown.
