1)Saute onion and garlic in a fry pan on low heat, until onion is tender.
2)Add chilly, lime juice and potatoes.
3)Cook for 1 minute.
4)Add rest of ingredients.
5)Simmer for 10 - 15 mins, until potatoes are tender.
6)Remove to a serving plate.
7)Simmer the sauce, until sauce thickens.
8)Pour it over potatoes.
