Gram flour
Kadalapodi

Allpurpose flour
Maida

Chilly powder
Garam masala powder
A pinch
Salt
As reqd
Curry leaves

Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix together the gram flour, maida, chilly powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and salt along with water to make a batter.
Add the peanuts into the batter and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Put the batter coated peanuts into it.
:- See to that the peanuts do not stick to each other while you do so.
Remove from the oil when it is duly fried.
