Ingredients
- Raw peanuts(Nelakadala) - 250 gm
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 cup
- Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Mix together the gram flour, maida, chilly powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and salt along with water to make a batter.
- Add the peanuts into the batter and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Put the batter coated peanuts into it.
- :- See to that the peanuts do not stick to each other while you do so.
- Remove from the oil when it is duly fried.
