Cut each bread slice into 2 halves diagonally so that a triangle shape is formed.
Make a paste of garlic, green chillies and coriander.
Mix together gram flour or besan, rice flour and salt.
Add ajwain and the paste.
Mix together all the ingredients with water.
:- See to it that the batter is neither too thick nor too thin.
:- U can add red chilly powder too in the batter.
Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying.
Take a piece of triangle shaped bread and dip it in the batter and put it immediately in the oil.
:- If there is delay in putting the slices in oil, the slices might break. Hence, do it as fast as u can.
Deep fry the rest of the pieces.
:- Serve hot.
:- You can use the same batter for any other pakodas. Instead of bread, you can use potato slices, onions, etc.
