Bread pakodi with garlic,coriander,chillies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Bread made of maida
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 6 nos Garlic pods
  • 6 nos Green chillies
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Thymol Ajwain
  • 1 cups Gram flour Kadalapodi
  • 1 & Rice flour
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut each bread slice into 2 halves diagonally so that a triangle shape is formed.
  • Make a paste of garlic, green chillies and coriander.
  • Mix together gram flour or besan, rice flour and salt.
  • Add ajwain and the paste.
  • Mix together all the ingredients with water.
  • :- See to it that the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. :- U can add red chilly powder too in the batter.
  • Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Take a piece of triangle shaped bread and dip it in the batter and put it immediately in the oil.
  • :- If there is delay in putting the slices in oil, the slices might break. Hence, do it as fast as u can.
  • Deep fry the rest of the pieces.
  • :- Serve hot.
  • :- You can use the same batter for any other pakodas. Instead of bread, you can use potato slices, onions, etc.
