Fry sliced onions, till slightly brown.
Add slit green chillies, ginger, crushed pepper, cloves and cinnamon.
Add mutton and salt and fry for 5 mins.
Add potatoes.
Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk. Keep it aside.
Extract thin milk, the quantity depending upon the quantity of the curry you need.
:- Do not make it too watery.
Add the 2nd or thin coconut milk and cook upto 3 whistles or till mutton is done.
After opening the lid, add whole small onions and boil for another 5 mins.
Add the 1st or thick coconut milk.
Cover with its lid and switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves, if desired.
