Coconut Pudding

Yummy coconut pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 3 cups Water
  • 150 gm Gelatin
  • 1 small Condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Cashews for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cups of milk in a pan.
  • Mix the coconut milk with condensed milk and sugar.
  • Take 3 cups of water in a sauce pan and place it on fire.
  • Add gelatin and boil well, until the foam comes and all the gelatin grains dissolves.
  • Add the stirred gelatin to the mixture of coconut milk.
  • Pour the mixture into a flat bottom container.
  • Garnish with cashews on top.
  • Allow it to cool, till it thickens.
  • Slice the pudding into desired shape and serve.
