Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower washed and cut into small florets
  • 2 pinch Mustard seeds
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves(optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric powder
  • 1 to Aniseeds Aniseeds should not be too much as it can change the taste of the entire dish, Perinjeerakam
  • 2 to Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow pan, pour little water and cook the cauliflower along with turmeric powder for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Stir for a minute.
  • Add onions and saute, till they turn brown.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower.
  • Stir for 5 mins.
  • Add powdered aniseeds and salt.
  • Cover it.
  • :- Serve with rice.
