Kanpuri Chicken
A simple quick dish with onions, ginger n garlic

- 6 nos Chicken pieces
- 5 nos Onion sliced
- 2 tsp Ginger sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 - Pepper powder
- Salt As reqd
- Oil As reqd
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, ginger and garlic.
Fry, till the onion sweats.
Add salt, turmeric and pepper.
Mix well.
Add the chicken pieces along with a little more pepper.
Mix well and cover the chicken with onions.
Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
:- Serve hot with chappathis.
