Kanpuri Chicken A simple quick dish with onions, ginger n garlic 6 nos Chicken pieces5 nos Onion (sliced)2 tsp Ginger (sliced)1 1/2 tsp Garlic (chopped)1 tsp Turmeric powder2 - Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Heat oil in a pan.Add onion, ginger and garlic.Fry, till the onion sweats.Add salt, turmeric and pepper. Mix well.Add the chicken pieces along with a little more pepper.Mix well and cover the chicken with onions.Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.:- Serve hot with chappathis.
