Instructions
Heat ghee in a pressure pan.
Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and mint leaves.
Fry for a while.
Add onions and green chillies and saute.
Add curd and salt.
Add the rice along with 1 1/2 cups of water.
Close the lid and cook upto 2 - 3 whistles.
:- Serve hot with raita or chicken gravy.
