Bagara Rice Hyderabadi - Bagara Rice 2 cups Rice2 nos Onions (cut straight)3 nos Green chillies (slit)1 small Mint leaves (Pudhina)2 - Bay leaves (Vazhana/Karuga ela)3 - Cloves (Grambu)2 small Cinnamon (Karugapatta)1/2 cup CurdSalt (As reqd)Ghee (As reqd) Heat ghee in a pressure pan.Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and mint leaves.Fry for a while.Add onions and green chillies and saute.Add curd and salt.Add the rice along with 1 1/2 cups of water.Close the lid and cook upto 2 - 3 whistles.:- Serve hot with raita or chicken gravy.
