Paneer Jalfrezi

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 2 nos. Capsicum
  • A Small Piece Ginger Crushed
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 4 nos. Onion
  • 2 nos. Tomato
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Chilly powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Deep fry in oil, till it becomes light brown in color. Keep it aside.
  • Chop the rest of vegetables: capsicum, onion and tomato into your preferred shapes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add crushed ginger and garlic and saute well. Stir in chopped onion and capsicum and fry for a few minutes till capsicum is done.
  • Add chopped tomatoes along with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and chaat masala.
  • Saute for 3 mins in low flame till tomatoes are mushy.
  • Add fried paneer into it.
  • Add lemon juice and close the pan with a lid, after switching off the flame.
  • :- Serve hot with Roti & Paratha.
