Cut paneer into cubes.
Deep fry in oil, till it becomes light brown in color. Keep it aside.
Chop the rest of vegetables: capsicum, onion and tomato into your preferred shapes.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add crushed ginger and garlic and saute well. Stir in chopped onion and capsicum and fry for a few minutes till capsicum is done.
Add chopped tomatoes along with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and chaat masala.
Saute for 3 mins in low flame till tomatoes are mushy.
Add fried paneer into it.
Add lemon juice and close the pan with a lid, after switching off the flame.
